Absolutely, our company has obtained UL certification for PCB production which can ensure we follow the highest safety and quality standards. You can find our UL certificate on UL's official website.
Are customized PCB layer stack-ups available?
While we provide standard PCB layer stack-ups, customized options are also available upon request. Please submit your PCB design files and customization needs such as special layer types or thickness to our sales team at email@example.com. We will assess the feasibility and provide a solution tailored to your needs.
Can controlled impedance PCBs be handled?
Yes, we offer impedance control options for our standard PCB service. You can indicate your impedance requirements in the order submission or email your Gerber files and specifications to our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our engineering team will review and implement impedance control in the PCB design and manufacturing process to meet your needs.
What is the typical lead time for PCB production?
The standard lead times are 5 to 7 working days for PCB prototyping and 7 to 12 working days for mass PCB production. Expedited services are also available upon request for shorter delivery timeframes. Please contact our sales team to discuss the details.
Can X-ray inspection be performed after PCB assembly?
Post-assembly X-ray inspection can be performed on components with bottom pads such as QFN, LGA or BGA packages to ensure quality solder joints. Additional fees may apply to the PCB assembly for X-ray inspection services. Please indicate in your order or email our sales team if X-ray inspection is needed.
How are issues with delivered PCBs handled? Do you provide rework services?
Please submit high-resolution images of your PCBs with issues to email@example.com for failure analysis. If issues are attributed to our manufacturing processes, we will take responsibility and provide rework or replacement services at no additional cost.
What are the PCB fabrication capabilities?
We are well-equipped to manufacture most types of PCBs for various applications. For PCB designs that require special processing or if you are unsure about our PCB fabrication capabilities, please submit your gerber files and documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our engineering team will evaluate the design to determine if we can fulfill the fabrication needs. You can also refer to the Capabilities section of our website for a full list of our PCB fabrication and assembly capabilities.
