In terms of substrates, commonly used ones include FR-4 (conventional), FR-4 high Tg (high temperature environment), CEM-1/CEM-3 (semi-glass fiber, cost-friendly), high frequency substrates (Rogers RO4350/RO4003, etc.), aluminum substrates (heat dissipation), flexible substrates (PI, PET, bendable), etc., which can be recommended according to the product application; surface treatment processes include lead-free solder, immersion gold, tin plating, silver plating, OSP, immersion tin, etc., which can be selected based on soldering requirements, usage environment and cost budget.
Order Process: ①Customer provides PCB design files and specific requirements (number of layers, substrate, surface treatment, etc.); ② Engineer reviews the files and provides a quote; ③ Customer confirms the quote and pays the prepayment; ④ Production begins and progress is reported; ⑤ Quality inspection and shipment; customer pays the balance (if applicable) after confirming receipt.
The core files required are Gerber files (RS-274X format recommended, including all relevant layers). Special requirements can be supplemented with PCB source files, assembly drawings, etc.
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece (sample order). There is no mandatory minimum quantity requirement for bulk orders. Delivery time varies depending on the order type: Sample orders (1-10 pieces) typically take 24-48 hours (3-5 days for multilayer boards), small batches (10-1000 pieces) take 3-7 days, and large batches (over 1000 pieces) take 7-15 days. Extensions can be negotiated for complex processes. Design document review will be completed within 1-2 hours (30 minutes for expedited processing). If the review doesn’t work, we’ll provide modification suggestions to help refine it until it is acceptable, at no extra charge.
We can customize PCBs with special impedances, achieving standard and special impedance values ​​such as 50Ω, 75Ω, and 100Ω, with impedance tolerance controlled within ±10%. We also provide PCB prototyping services, supporting 1-10 samples. The prototyping cycle for standard single-sided/double-sided boards is 24-48 hours, and for multi-layer boards it is 3-5 days. Prototyping fees are calculated based on parameters. The sample quality is consistent with the batch products, allowing for seamless transition to mass production.
Orders can be modified at any time before production begins at no extra cost. For orders already in production, details will be negotiated based on the progress. If the order hasn’t entered the core process, some details can be modified, but subsequent processes may incur minor rework costs. If you need to increase the quantity after placing an order, please contact customer service. The decision to add an order will be based on the production progress. If the original order is nearing completion, a new order will be added with the original price discount, and the delivery date will be negotiated and confirmed.

The entire quality inspection process includes document review, substrate testing, drilling inspection, etching inspection, solder mask testing, surface treatment testing, electrical performance testing, and appearance inspection to ensure product quality. Products strictly adhere to IPC standards (IPC-6012, IPC-A-600) and comply with RoHS, REACH, and other environmental standards. For automotive electronics and medical equipment, production can be carried out according to industry standards such as AEC-Q200, and relevant certification documents can be provided.
After placing an order, customers will receive a unique order number. They can track the production progress (document review, material preparation, production, quality inspection, and shipment) in real time through the website’s “Order Inquiry” portal or by contacting customer service. Customers can specify their requirements when placing an order. Appearance, electrical performance, and environmental protection test reports will be provided upon product delivery. Special third-party testing can be arranged through negotiation.
If you discover any quality issues (electrical defects, appearance defects, etc.) within 3 business days of receiving the goods, please contact customer service and provide relevant evidence. Once it is confirmed to be a production issue, we will rework, reproduce, or negotiate a refund free of charge, covering all logistics costs. Under proper storage (cool, dry, and anti-static), the PCB board has a shelf life of 12 months. Non-human-caused damage within the shelf life will be replaced free of charge.

Pricing is based on factors including PCB layer count, board thickness, dimensions, trace width and spacing, hole diameter, substrate, surface treatment, order quantity, delivery time, and special processes. There are no hidden costs. A precise quote can be provided within one hour of receiving detailed requirements. A formal quotation (including parameters, unit price, delivery time, etc.) can be issued. The quotation is valid for 7 working days; after this period, reconfirmation is required (subject to fluctuations in raw material prices).
Flexible payment methods: 50% prepayment for sample orders/small batch orders, with the balance due before shipment; 30%-50% prepayment for large batch orders, with the balance due after quality inspection; monthly or quarterly settlements can be negotiated for long-term clients. In the event of significant fluctuations in raw material prices (±5% or more), adjustments will be negotiated within the quotation’s validity period. Orders with prepayments will be executed according to the original quotation.
If the order has not yet started production, there will be no fees upon cancellation, and the prepayment will be fully refunded; if production has already started, the costs of raw materials, processing, and other related expenses will be deducted according to the progress, and the remaining prepayment will be refunded. The details of the deductions will be discussed and confirmed with the customer.

All goods are properly packaged and insured. In case of loss or damage during transportation, the customer must provide evidence within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist with claims and provide free reshipment/reissue. For international orders, accurate recipient information and customs clearance documents are required. Customs duties are borne by the customer; we will assist with providing customs clearance documents. Logistics time may be delayed by 1-2 days, depending on customs clearance speed.
