FR-4: Epoxy resin and glass fiber cloth substrate, most commonly used, cost-effective, suitable for most electronic products.
High Tg FR-4: FR-4 with a high glass transition temperature, better high-temperature resistance.
Paper-based (FR-1, XPC): Phenolic resin impregnated wood pulp paper, low cost, easy to punch, but not resistant to high temperatures, mostly used in low-end products.
CEM series (CEM-1, CEM-3): Composite substrate, combining paper and glass cloth, offering a balance of cost and performance.
Polyimide (PI): High temperature resistant and flexible, suitable for mobile phones, cameras, and aerospace applications.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/Teflon: Low dielectric constant, suitable for high-frequency/radio frequency applications, such as microwave oven circuits.
PTFE/Teflon Substrate: Low loss, good high-frequency performance.
LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer): Commonly used in high-speed communication fields.
Ceramic Substrate: Extremely high thermal conductivity, used in high-power LEDs and power modules.
Metal Substrate (Aluminum, Copper Substrate): Metal core, excellent heat dissipation, used in LED lighting and automotive electronics.

FR4 is a glass-fiber reinforced epoxy laminate that meets the UL 94V-0 standard. FR4 material is the most commonly used PCB material in electronic products.
It is an enhanced FR4 material capable of withstanding higher temperatures during both processing and use.
This is an environmentally friendly FR4 substrate that is free of or contains low levels of halogens such as bromine and chlorine. It produces low toxicity during combustion, is environmentally friendly, and maintains performance similar to standard FR4.
Glass fiber-reinforced or polytetrafluoroethylene-reinforced ceramic materials are used in the production of high-frequency, high-speed printed circuit boards.
This material is made of polyimide and can be repeatedly bent or folded. It is commonly used in the production of flexible printed circuit boards and rigid-flex printed circuit boards.
It is a material with high thermal conductivity, typically used in high-power lighting products or products requiring extremely high heat dissipation rates.
